Nails Inc Victoria Beckham Bamboo White

Now that all the hype about this polish has calmed down, I decided to give it a try. Just to see what all the fuss was about.

I have to say, the color is beautiful. Its a soft white/pink, which looks amazing with everything and for any occasion. The pink softens the color enough that the almost white look isn’t harsh or jarring. The brush is really cool, its very curved at the end and I found it made applying the polish very easy. In the picture above I have on two coats, which works well for most of my nails but my ring and pinky fingers have deeper ridges (and I don’t like to file them since it weakens your nails) so they could have used another coat to get a smoother look. But overall, its well pigmented. Especially considering how light the shade is. Usually pale-pink-almost-white colors are sheer and take at least three coats to get opaque. This one works very well with just two. I find the polish gets tip wear after about 5 days, so the wear is up there with the best (I wear all my polish with the Formula X System base and top coat).

Overall, I can see what all the hype was about. This is a fabulous quality nail polish in a color thats classy, elegant and, everyday glamorous. It is a bit on the demur side if you’re like me and prefer dark nail colors, but its a lovely change of pace.

You can get this polish at Sephora and online for $25.
