Darn you NARS,

You are my kyptonite. Seriously. I cannot resist. I love your shadows and these nifty little palettes you’ve been releasing lately are no exception. This fall season smokey eyes are back (who thought they left!? Honestly). NARS came out with two eyeshadow palettes to get the smokey look.

According to NARS-

Ride up to the Moon is right up my alley, golden brown smokey eye? Yes! Im particularly obsessed with the gold shade Argentina, I think its gorgeous! Fez is also amazing, a nice bronzy color which is part of the permanent line. Fairy’s Kiss is also beautiful, all cool toned and plummy. The color from the Kalahari duo is beautiful all over the lid.

I think either of these palettes (or both!) would be great gifts for a makeup loving friend/family member (or heck, yourself) so long as they don’t already have many NARS shadows, since the majority of these palettes are permanent shades. What do you think of these babies? You can get them for $45 a pop at Nordstrom or NARS.com

Happy Monday!
